for a VAT recovery tax system and recover 20% of your chalet purchase price.
You will then have to make commitment to the tax authorities to keep the
property for 20 years and to rent it for short term rental on a regular basis
while providing at least 3 of the following 4 para-hotel services:

- supply of sheets and towels,
- household.
By
renting your property while providing those services to travelers, you will
therefore be able to benefit from the advantages of the status of
